Choose 2 classes from the list of classes.

Note: One Friday evening class is reserved for Bodan and Black belt students.

Students must earn at least a white belt before being allowed to spar.
Students may use the schools equipment a few times before purchasing their own.
Mouth Guards are provided by the students. Mouth Guards are not to be shared.

Sparring equipment can be purchased through Southern Maine Taekwondo. Please see instructors before purchasing equipment to ensure the proper size. Students with improper sparring gear will not be allowed to spar for safety reasons.

Monday Class

Ages 10 and Younger: 4:00 – 5:00 pm

Children & Families (all ages): 5:15 – 6:15
